Let me introduce myself my name is REGINA…. I am ROYAL EDUCATED, GORGEOUS, INDEPENDENT, NICE, and AMAZING! Now, before 2019 I did not know this to be true. I did NOT realize God gave me an assignment and I was not living in my full potential. In September 2019 on a beautiful Saturday afternoon, I had a mental breakdown. I was tired of being sick and tried. I decided I needed help, so I reached out to a spiritual life coach, and it change my life. After doing my work I realized several things:
• I was not standing in my truth
• I did not love myself
• I was lying to the world
• I need to say three words aloud and stand in my truth.
Let me reintroduce myself…. My name is ReGina Smithwick, and I am adopted!!!
I never thought in a million years that I would be able to say this aloud… I found my voice and I want to help others to find theirs. Since learning to love myself, doing the work, standing in my truth and putting on my crown like a Queen should …In one year I became a Professional Organizer, Certified Life Coach, Talk Show & Podcast Host and An Author!
