Ann is also the founder of Constructively Speaking, Inc., a platform that combines her expertise in construction with her passion for personal development. A Certified Napoleon Hill Foundation Coach, Ann has dedicated her life to helping others unlock their potential through timeless success principles. She is the founder of the International Mastermind Association (IMA), a global network dedicated to fostering personal development, accountability, and achievement through the power of mastermind groups.
Ann serves on the National Speakers Association Board of Directors, where she contributes her expertise to advancing the speaking profession.
