As the founder and President of MCO Construction and Services, Inc., she has built one of South Florida’s most respected minority-owned construction firms, breaking barriers in a traditionally male-dominated field.

Ann is also the founder of Constructively Speaking, Inc., a platform that combines her expertise in construction with her passion for personal development. Through this initiative, she empowers individuals and organizations to build not only physical structures but also purposeful and prosperous lives and businesses.

A Certified Napoleon Hill Foundation Coach, Ann has dedicated her life to helping others unlock their potential through timeless success principles. She is the founder of the International Mastermind Association (IMA), a global network dedicated to fostering personal development, accountability, and achievement through the power of mastermind groups.

Ann serves on the National Speakers Association Board of Directors, where she contributes her expertise to advancing the speaking profession.
